  Lights, Camera, Action Figures!

I'm off work again today. The back is all screwed up again. Tomorrow I go see a surgeon, it's time to investigate the options fully. It might be time to go under the knife.

That's not the point. The point is, a combination of Percocet, boredom, and my usual fascination with movies has resulted in the following, for which I apologize in advance.

FILM GEEKS IS PROUD TO PRESENT

ACTION FIGURE THEATER!

Our debute presentation,

Sling Blade

And now, our feature...

This has been a film geeks presentation.

Comments:
There's nothing wrong with your back. It's the brain I'm worried about.

Good stuff.

Cheers

Darn it, you beat me to it. It was only a matter of time before I did this.

...OK, maybe not EXACTLY this, but something with action figures. Good stuff indeed. :)

Was the knife/point pun intentional or subconscious?

In all seriousness, how touching is that movie? It was a crime BBT didn't win best actor for that performance. He was completely believable as a very strange man, and I can't think of a better screenplay. He's a dark horse, that BBT.

::clap clap clap clap clap::

Sling Blade is one of my favorite movies. This wasn't intended to mock Sling Blade; it was more a mockery of myself.

MCF: Was the knife/point pun intentional or subconscious?

It must have been subconscious, because I don't know what you're refering to.

It's official. It's a guy thing.

can I git sum o dem perky sets?

"It might be time to go under the KNIFE.
That's not the POINT."

Definitely subconscious then. =)

Those meds are really getting to you.
Sorry your back is out again. My hubby had back surgery several years ago. It made a wonderful difference for the better. He has been having some trouble again, but it has never been as bad as it was back then. I hope all goes well for you.

the cinematography was artfully done. i smell sundance awards in the future.

Great Post!
