  Any Help Would Be Great

Okay, so we have this problem. Our cat, Anne Murray, has been wetting and pooping in our family room since we had some remodeling done in it a few weeks ago. She uses her pan also, but uses the room as well. It stinks in here. We don't know what to do. I don't want to get rid of her because she is my cat, and I love her. However, I am losing my mind. How do I make her stop wetting? She is only wetting right in front of the wall that was worked on. If it was a male cat, I would say that she is just marking her territory. However, she is female and I don't think that marking is a common female cat behavior. If anybody has any ideas, please pass them along because we are desperate.

Umm how about buying CAT PAJAMAS?

What a beautiful kitty!

Well, okay, except for the wetting thing.

First off, have you taken her to the vet? You probably know this, but often times inappropriate wetting is the "I'm not feeling well" sign.

However, with it only being in front of that specific wall, there are a few other possibilities:

1) Perhaps a mouse or bug's nest was accidentally walled up in there, in which case, AM is doing her duty by saying something is amiss.

2) Perhaps one of the materials you used is still off-gassing and AM is trying to warn you of a potentially toxic situation that her cat nose is more sensitive to than our human noses. You would especially now be having trouble detecting a chemical odor because her warnings are smelling stronger.

I suggest getting the product Natural's Miracle. It will neutralize the odor she is leaving and discourage her from using that spot again. Thus, if after the Nature's Miracle treatment she insists on going in that spot, you will have a good clue that there is something in specific that has her hackles up and you'll need to explore the wall.

TAG!! You're it!
